What we store

What we do not store
- Your LinkedIn password — we never ask for it.
- Payment card details — handled entirely by Stripe.
- Private LinkedIn messages or connection data.
Where your data lives
Topsway runs on cloud infrastructure based in North America. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not store data outside of North America.
Export your data
You can request a full export of your data by emailing privacy@topsway.ai. We will send you a JSON export within 30 days.
Delete your data
You can delete your account from the account settings page. This permanently removes your personal data within 30 days. Analysis results tied to your account are deleted with it.
